Dance Cinema is the new focus of Suff Dance Illumination. Our aim is to film young dancers who tells short stories by using their dancing skills as the main ingredient in the films.

The D.I. Dance Video Will Soon be Done

We have been working very hard the past few days and now it's time to edit our first ever D.I. dance video. You will soon be able to see what we have been up. We thank the Oudtshoorn Municipality, KleinKaroo Toyota and Oxygym for their help in making our video a success.

Congratulations to all the dancers who has won prices at the Dance Illumination Launch. We are proud to have you participating in our project and are looking forward to working with you inthe near future. Our development session is about to begin next week and all the street dancers of Oudtshoorn is welcome to sit in at the sessions.

Dance Illumiation Project Laucnhed In Oudtshoorn

April 28th of the year 2011 were a proud day for the Dance Illumination team for it were the day on which Suff Film + Media & Arts Festival has launched the D.I. project which is their first arts project that is to be launched.

Crews has won different cash prices and twelve dancers were selected based on their originality, to be part of the first ever D.I.dance video. This video will soon be on the Suff website for all the world to see.
